We had a wonderful experience with David Wahl. Dave was a wonderful, steadying presence always keeping us informed and recommending a course/s of action. From the beginning Dave gave us lots of information about comparable properties, ranges of prices and reasons for going with different ones. After explaining in such an understandable way all the factors he very much conveyed that he wanted us to have the facts and then make our own choice of a price. He easily accepted our decisions on all points. He was this way on all issues that arose. We lived almost 2 hours away from the property and he arranged for some servicing that needed to be done and checked that it was. He made several trips to the house to do things that needed to be done. He always kept in close touch with us, responding to our emails and calls quickly and helpfully. He is just such a smart, genuine and nice guy. He never got flustered.. The lawyer we used recommended him and said she had worked with him on other properties and always felt he did a great job. Our house was a unique property but he was able to market it very well and it sold to one of the first lookers. He is the kind of person you would want for a family member, co-worker, neighbor or realtor. I highly recommend him.
